Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate. Follow established nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care. Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition. Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide excellent care. Qualifications Current Alabama RN or LPN license in good standing. Strong communication and clinical skills. Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented. Ability to provide safe and effective nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required . New Graduates Are Welcome!
