Monday through Friday Position Summary Nightingale at Crossett is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff leadership. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is passionate about teamwork, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate day-to-day nursing operations of the assigned unit Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies, state and federal regulations Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs Participate in hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident conditions and address concerns promptly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapy, dietary, and social services Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation Monitor compliance with infection control, medication administration, and care plans Assist with audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote positive outcomes Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and time-management skills Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations Excellent communication and team-building abilities Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care Why Join Nightingale at Crossett?
