Medicare Nurse Manager (RN Only) - Immediate Opening North Hills Life Care and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Medicare Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of our Medicare/Therapy Unit. This leadership role ensures the highest standard of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care standards are met Complete resident assessments and submit required MDS data Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies

Requirements:

Active RN license 1 year in MDS preferred Experience in long-term care or Medicare is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate Must be available for on-call duties Retired Nurses Encouraged to Apply!
