What You'll Do Medication administration, assessments, treatments & documentation Monitor and communicate changes in condition Coordinate care with physicians, families & the care team Supervise, support & mentor CNAs Help lead a safe, organized and compassionate shift What We're Looking For Active LPN or RN license Strong clinical judgment Dependability & clear communication Someone who takes ownership and follows through A nurse who leads by example and treats every team member with respect We're building a culture around communication, accountability, teamwork, respect and ownership.
