Job Summary The Charge Nurse plays a vital leadership role within our healthcare facility, overseeing patient care delivery, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate CNA staff to deliver exceptional resident care. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform catheterization while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Manage complex procedures such as tube feeding. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and documentation within EMR/EHR systems. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including PointClickCare. Ability to perform complex assessments. Exceptional leadership skills to supervise CNA teams effectively while maintaining high standards of resident safety and quality care. Excellent communication skills for teaching patients/families about treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
