Nurse Manager (RN) | Clinical Nursing Leadership Avondale, AZ Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership, operational oversight, and support across multiple clinic locations. About the Role The RN Manager will provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff and patient care across multiple sites while serving as a key leader within the organization. In this role, you will: Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple clinic locations Support high-quality, patient-centered care and clinical outcomes Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff Oversee personnel management, staffing, and team performance Participate in financial and budget management responsibilities Help ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and operational standards Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical leaders, and employees at all levels Support conflict resolution and promote a positive, collaborative work environment Contribute to the continued growth and development of clinical programs and services Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through completion of a bachelor's degree Master's Degree preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice 3+ years of relevant clinical experience working with the applicable patient population Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Crisis, Psych experience 2+ years of healthcare facility or clinic management experience Previous leadership experience managing staff and budgets Strong understanding of medical practice, clinic management, operational structures, policies, procedures, and processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, public relations, and conflict-resolution abilities Demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical teams, and employees at all levels Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Why Join? Pay Details:
