Will have own case load of recurring clients. Job duties include medication management, accompanying clients to appointments and unannounced wellness visits. The role is predominantly in the field with 90% travel to clients who are mainly in Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Mileage is reimbursed and drive time is billable. We are a paperless office, must be computer proficient. Eventual Care Management certification will be required. Automobile with air conditioning required.
