The Operating Room Clinical Manager oversees cases across general surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, plastics, and other specialties. Collaboration with anesthesia, PACU, and sterile processing helps ensure consistent outcomes and a seamless surgical experience.

The Surgical Services Nurse Manager reports to the Director of Surgical Services and receives support from nurse educators, data analytics teams, and supply chain partners. This leader oversees staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and budget management while promoting collaboration, compassion, and accountability. The Operating Room Nurse Manager mentors perioperative staff, builds surgeon relationships, and drives engagement. Key focus areas include first-case on-time starts, turnover efficiency, infection prevention, and regulatory readiness.
