Establishes a helping relationship using a holistic approach. The RN ensures quality and appropriateness of care for all age groups in the unit-specific patient population to include neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
Requirements:
Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. At least, three (3) years of experience in
ED/ICU/CCU
preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Current CA RN License and maintain current. Current BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS and PALS upon hire and maintain current.
ABM/MAB/CPI
within 60 days of hire, annual thereafter.
