Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LVN at La Palma Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including taking vital signs, administering medications ordered by physicians Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physician Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
