Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration to ensure safety Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real-time Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certifications Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred The role is vital in preventing medication errors, early health change detection, and ensuring resident safety through precision and regulatory adherence.
