Interim Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager | Fresno, CA | $4,200/week Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Interim Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager for an assignment at Community Hospital in Fresno, California. Assignment details $4,200 per week Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 40 hours per week 13-26 week contract (may convert to full time) One weekend trip home per month-Airfare, housing, food approved The Nurse Manager will oversee daily L&D operations, staffing, scheduling, and team development. This role also supports hiring and performance management, manages the department budget, and works with hospital leaders to improve processes and maintain compliance with applicable standards. Requirements Active California RN license Current American Heart Association BLS At least three years of relevant healthcare experience Prior healthcare leadership experience and demonstrated L&D expertise A BSN or related healthcare bachelor's degree is preferred.
