Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead weekend nursing operations across homecare and inpatient Hospice House. Help ensure compassionate patient care while supporting clinical staff, coordinating admissions, and overseeing staffing. Schedule Options Daytime hours with a flexible start time: 32 hours/week: Friday-Monday 24 hours/week: Friday-Sunday 24 hours/week: Saturday-Monday Flexibility to support operational needs outside scheduled shifts is preferred. Serve as a clinical resource for staff managing complex patient care needs. Coordinate staffing and adjust coverage as patient needs and census change. Oversee and assist with admissions, care coordination, and transitions into hospice. Supervise Hospice House Aides, including hiring collaboration, training, and performance feedback. Collaborate with clinical leaders to maintain consistent care and supervisory practices. Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate, timely documentation. Provide direct patient care during high-acuity situations or staffing gaps.
