The Observation RN Manager will have the authority to strengthen clinical practice, advance quality and patient experience priorities, and align daily performance with broader hospital objectives. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Director Observation Nurse Manager will receive executive support while maintaining ownership of staffing, performance management, staff development, regulatory readiness, patient care standards, and operational outcomes. Close relationships with hospitalists, emergency care partners, case management, nursing leaders, and ancillary departments will be central to success.
