CNAs Responsibilities:

Admissions 72-hour charting completion ABT & Skilled charting Room-to-room rounds with RNs Assist with care plans Medication renewal orders Support staff with grievances and family concerns Manage call-offs and assist with finding replacement staff Escalate and communicate relevant issues to the

DON Ideal Candidate:

Strong skilled nursing/SNF supervisory or leadership experience Experience caring for or overseeing high-acuity, medically complex patients Strong clinical knowledge and ability to recognize/manage changes in condition Solid understanding of SNF documentation, chart audits, care plans, and skilled charting. 13-week contract with potential to extend W-2 Pay, paid weekly $3,000-$3,200/wk.
