Job Description
Journey Adult Day Program is a new adult day program in Lodi. We serve adults with developmental disabilities in a brand-new Medical Day Service program vendored by Valley Mountain Regional Center. Every position is Monday-Friday, DAYTIME ONLY
- no nights, no weekends, no holidays.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the clinical program: medical assessments, Restricted Health Condition Care Plans, medication oversight
- Lead a clinical team (LVN + 4 CNAs) supporting our medically involved clients
- Train direct-care staff on infection control, universal precautions, and emergency recognition
- Serve as Infection Control Lead; build clinical systems from day one, your way, with real autonomy
REQUIREMENTS
- Active California RN license in good standing
- 2+ years clinical experience (developmental disabilities, adult day health, or med-fragile populations preferred)
- Current BLS/CPR
- Pass DOJ/FBI fingerprint background check (we pay the fee) + TB test and health screening How our hiring works: apply on Indeed; phone screen; in-person interview at 550 W.
Pay:
$54.00- $75.
