The Assistant Nurse Manager PACU will support a busy Post Anesthesia Care Unit serving a diverse inpatient surgical population. This leader will assist with daily operations, staffing coordination, patient flow, and quality initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient perioperative care. The department is known for its teamwork, high-acuity experience, and strong collaboration across surgical services. Candidates with PACU leadership or charge nurse experience and a passion for mentoring others will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Reporting to perioperative nursing leadership, the PACU Nursing Assistant Manager will partner with interdisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance.
