Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem shifts available About the Role Napa Valley Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct, compassionate nursing care to our residents and lead the day-to-day work of our nursing assistants. If you're a licensed nurse who wants to make a real difference in a supportive, team-oriented long-term care environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs/nursing assistants on your shift Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Complete accurate charting, documentation, and care plan reviews Admit, transfer, and discharge residents following facility procedures Take vitals, collect specimens, and monitor resident health status Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Lead by example — train, mentor, and support nursing staff Help maintain a clean, safe, and infection-control-compliant unit What We're Looking For Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in California Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program Current CPR certification Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts Experience with PCC (PointClickCare) a plus A caring, patient, team-first attitude Why Join Napa Valley Care Center Competitive pay starting at $35/hour Supportive nursing leadership and ongoing training Opportunities for continuing education Make a lasting impact in residents' lives every day Ready to bring your skills to a team that values you?
