With a luxury portfolio of more than 30 brands and a concentrated group of strategic brands representing the majority of revenue and margin, the CEO will establish a disciplined approach to portfolio sales, management and investment. Establishing clear criteria for brand investment, development, acquisition, partnership, and rationalization. Ensuring resources are concentrated behind brands and opportunities with the strongest strategic and financial potential. Strengthening The Company's value proposition to current and prospective international winery partners. Commercial & Route-to-Market Transformation Lead the continued evolution of The Company's commercial organization to increase effectiveness, accountability, and market impact. The CEO will ensure the sales and marketing organization is structured around the markets, customers, brands, and opportunities that matter most. Strengthening execution within strategic states and priority markets. Increasing field presence and market-level brand-building activity. Deepening strategic relationships with distributors and improving The Company's ability to gain attention, resources, and execution against priority brands. Strengthening relationships with key national and regional on-premise and off-premise customers. Aligning sales, marketing, finance, and operations around shared commercial priorities. Establishing clear performance expectations, metrics, and accountability throughout the organization. Maintaining an organizational structure that is agile, efficient, and responsive to changing market conditions. The Company-Owned Brand Development Develop and execute a long-term strategy for The Company's owned brands. These brands represent an important strategic and financial asset for the company. The CEO will ensure they are managed with a disciplined, long-term brand-building approach designed to unlock their full potential. Establishing differentiated long-term positioning and growth strategies for each priority owned brand. Determining the appropriate level and allocation of brand investment. Balancing near-term commercial performance with sustainable brand equity. Improving the revenue growth, profitability, and long-term value of the owned-brand and overall portfolio Identifying innovation and opportunities consistent with consumer trends and brand positioning. Business Development Identify and develop new sources of profitable growth beyond The Company's traditional business model. As consumers increasingly expect more direct engagement with brands, the CEO will evaluate opportunities that strengthen The Company's relationship with the end consumer while complementing its core three-tier business. Direct-to-consumer and private-client opportunities. Digital commerce and consumer engagement. Strategic partnerships and alternative routes to market. New services or capabilities that leverage The Company's brand-building and commercial expertise. Data and consumer insights that improve commercial decision-making. New channels will be evaluated based on their strategic fit, scalability, profitability, and ability to strengthen The Company's brands and producer relationships. Financial Performance & Enterprise Leadership Own the overall performance of the company and ensure The Company delivers sustainable, profitable growth. Develop and execute the annual and long-term strategic business plan. Establish clear revenue, margin, profitability, and cash-management objectives. Make disciplined decisions regarding organizational resources and brand investment. Partner closely with Finance and Operations to improve forecasting, performance visibility, and decision-making. Balance growth ambitions with financial discipline and appropriate return on investment. Regularly communicate business performance, opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations to the Board. Culture, Talent & Organizational Leadership Preserve the strengths of The Company's culture while evolving the organization for its next stage of growth. Continue to foster a people first and one team mindset to increase trust in leadership and open communication. Set a clear vision and create alignment around company priorities.
