Maintains accountability for unit operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize patient outcomes. Promotes continuous improvement by evaluating patient care delivery and implementing evidence-based practices. Serves as a clinical resource, supporting nursing personnel in planning and delivering patient care. Nurse Manager Surgical Services Key Responsibilities & Duties Plan, organize, and evaluate work duties of unit staff to promote quality nursing and patient care activities.
