Job Description
Medical Missionary Manager Saving Health Lifestyle Center | Foresthill, CA (other various locations) We are seeking a Medical Missionary Manager to lead, coordinate, and support our medical missionary team while ensuring a professional, compassionate, and positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate medical missionaries and daily assignments Manage schedules, training, onboarding, and team communication Support patient needs and help resolve concerns Ensure staff follow organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards Monitor daily program operations and maintain accurate documentation Provide coaching, leadership, and accountability to team members Coordinate logistics related to housing, transportation, meals, and program activities as needed Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Healthcare, wellness, ministry, hospitality, or program-management experience a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities Compassionate, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team CPR/First Aid certification preferred
