10:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight in a pediatric healthcare environment. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting daily clinical operations while fostering a collaborative and patient-centered culture. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate and oversee daily patient care activities to ensure high-quality outcomes. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing team members. Ensure compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, and workflow management. Monitor patient care plans and facilitate interdisciplinary communication. Address patient, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively. Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives. Respond to clinical emergencies and provide direct patient care when needed. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in the electronic medical record (EMR). Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required. Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in pediatric, acute care, or specialty hospital settings preferred.
