As the LVN Supervisor you will function as a clinic level supervisor, performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties related to clinical management of practice and patient care. Major duties of this role include: Providing safe, efficient, quality direct patient nursing care in accordance with the provisions of the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians. Performing administrative duties including quality monitoring, clinical supply management, supporting established clinic workflows and staff education. Providing direct patient care for a diverse patient population, while maintaining high standards of care, and recognizing normal and abnormal signs and symptoms of life threatening emergencies. Working in collaboration with the Ambulatory Nursing Team to ensure clinical standards are maintained. $39.08 - $81.51 hourly.
