Job Description

Travel RN - Home Health Care Manager | Sonora, CA Clover Health Services is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Care Manager assignment in Sonora, CA .

Schedule:

3x12 Day Shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 36 hours/week | 13-week contract with a possibility of extension

Compensation:

Travel:

$2,422/week ( $70.20/hour )

Local:

$2,258/week ( $65.45/hour )

Requirements:

Active California RN license Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience (Home Health preferred) BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance BSN preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage a home health patient caseload, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and provide high-quality in-home nursing care.
