Nurse Manager - Perioperative Services - Full time
Job Description
We are currently hiring for a full time Nurse Manager within the Perioperative Services department here at Aspen Valley Health.
Work Shift:
Salary Compensation Range:
$101,000.00 - $162,000.00 Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign on bonus up to $10,000. The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 5 years of experience as an OR RN Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred. 2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred. Experience with EPIC preferred. We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs. The Nurse Manager—Surgery provides leadership and assumes delegated responsibility for oversight of day to day operations and assigned personnel within the Surgery, Sterile Processing, and Anesthesia departments. This role supports the Director of Perioperative Services by using independent judgement and discretion to manage personnel, support positive staff relations, and ensure safe and efficient patient care while remaining budget focused. This position also acts as a care coordinator, change agent and advocate for clinical excellence in line with Aspen Valley Hospital's Core Values. What toLove:
