Pay:

$73, 800 - $93, 600 / annually

Registered Nurse Manager Opportunity:

Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee quality patient care and nursing operations within the long-term care setting Serve as a communication liaison between nursing staff and organizational leadership Manage staff performance, patient concerns, and operational initiatives Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements

Registered Nurse Manager Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care nursing experience Previous supervisory or management experience required BLS certification required or eligible to obtain upon hire
