Shift:

Full Time 6am-6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Eagle Ridge Post Acute is a top care skilled nursing facility helping our patients live strong healthy lives. Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in CO Post acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Nurse management experience preferred, but not required
