Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing advanced nursing skills and evidence-based practices. Models proficiency by precepting new staff and supports a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Contributes to safety, quality, and patient wellness through clinical expertise and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care aligned with the nursing process.
• Support specialty education and competency validation.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative clinical environment focused on safety and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months ICU RN experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and dedication to professional growth.
