$45.00 - $60.00 / hour (PRN / Contract)
Expected Hours:
2 - 5 hours per week (Flexible scheduling) About Kithra Group LLC Kithra Group LLC is an emerging In-Home Health Care agency based in Thornton, Colorado, dedicated to serving the bilingual (Spanish/English) Hispanic community through In-Home Support Services (IHSS) and Class A home care. We are seeking a leadership-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Clinical Director / Supervising RN . This is a highly flexible PRN/Contract opportunity ideal for an experienced RN currently working in a clinical or hospital setting who is looking for supplemental income while shaping agency compliance. Key Responsibilities (Setup & Licensing Phase): Review and sign the agency's Policy & Procedures Manual in accordance with CDPHE ( 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 26 ) standards. Serve as the designated Clinical Director on the CDPHE Class A License application. Oversee and participate in the preparation for the CDPHE Initial On-Site Survey/Inspection (in-person or remote). Establish initial clinical assessment frameworks, Plan of Care protocols, and supervisor oversight guidelines for IHSS caregivers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
License:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Colorado Board of Nursing (DORA) or an active Multi-State Compact (NLC) license.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (Home Health, Hospice, or Community Health experience highly preferred).
Background Check:
Must pass all mandatory background checks (CBI/FBI fingerprinting, CAPS check, and OIG/SAM exclusion screenings).
Languages:
English fluency required; Spanish bilingual skills are a strong plus. Career Opportunity / Oportunidad de

Pay Range:
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour.
Benefits:
1099 Independent Contractor position. Includes flexible scheduling and statutory Colorado Paid Sick Leave (HFWA) accrued as applicable by law. This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance or retirement plans.
