In this critical access environment, the OR Nurse Manager will lead a versatile, high-performing operating suite dedicated to delivering comprehensive care within a rural hospital that serves as a vital lifeline to its community. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will oversee a broad mix of cases, from general surgery and orthopedics to GI and emergency procedures—supported by streamlined workflows, rapid decision-making, and close-knit collaboration that defines the best of critical access care.

Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services or Chief Nursing Officer, the OR Manager will be supported by skilled charge nurses, seasoned circulating and scrub RNs, techs, anesthesia partners, and sterile processing professionals. The Operating Room Nurse Manager will lead staffing and scheduling, optimize block utilization and turnover times, advance quality and infection prevention initiatives, guide budgeting and supply chain efficiency, and mentor a diverse, friendly team dedicated to teamwork, inclusivity, and world-class patient experience.
