Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON) Review staffing at the change of each shift and make adjustments to ensure all resident care needs are met Complete patient care rounds, ensuring high-quality care for all residents Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly and efficientlyQualifications of Nurse Supervisors:
