Pediatrics (up to age 25) Full-Time | Onsite What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of nurses, medical assistants, and care coordination staff Oversee day-to-day clinical workflows, triage, and staffing operations Develop and monitor compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and protocols Manage medication storage, administration, and vaccine program oversight Supervise point-of-care and CLIA-waived testing Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance Provide direct patient care as needed What You'll Need Active Connecticut RN license Associates degree in nursing (Bachelors preferred) 7+ years of RN experience in an acute or outpatient setting preferred 2+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred CPR certification (or eligible within 90 days) Experience with diverse patient populations Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
