Position:

RN Supervisor Full Time Position Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the nursing department Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring excellent care delivery Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Assist with staff scheduling, training, and evaluations Handle administrative duties and documentation related to patient care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in CT At least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and standards Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
