RN Unit Manager We are looking for a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Unit Manager. This position oversees the daily operations of a nursing unit and supports staff to ensure quality resident care.
•Dementia experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit Ensure residents receive proper care Complete and review documentation Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team Assist with staffing and scheduling Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
