This role oversees clinical staff, staffing plans, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, compassionate patient care. The Nurse Manager collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manages budgets and resources, and drives continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations within assigned unit to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff; manage hiring, onboarding, and performance. Develop staffing plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs. Monitor quality, safety, and patient experience metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and organizational policies. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Manage unit budget, supplies, and equipment in alignment with organizational goals. Support professional development, education, and competency of nursing staff.
