Registered Nurse Unit Manager The Unit Manager must: Be responsible for the overall operation and quality of care for the residents on the assigned unit. Be able to follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and the Nursing Policies and Procedures. Have an Interest in the nursing needs of aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both. Have to ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and facility staff in the performance of duties and work within a team system Minimum one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred. CPR/IV certified Qualified Applicants will possess: A Valid State of Connecticut RN License At least one year of experience within Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facility setting Have previous experience in a Supervisor role within a SNF Full Time employees will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package inclusive of Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Supplemental Insurances, and more!
