This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading nurses, staying clinically involved, and making a real impact on patient care and team success. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role — you'll be actively supporting your team in the field, reviewing clinical work, and helping set the tone for quality care.
