Job Description

AccentCare is seeking an RN Team Director to lead a collaborative nursing team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In partnership with Hanford Pharmaceuticals, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, coordinating interdisciplinary care, driving quality improvement, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will champion innovation, mentor staff, and support advanced clinical practices while promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the care team. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary RN team delivering patient-centered care Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and daily workflow for assigned unit or programs Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and allied staff to optimize care plans and outcomes Monitor quality metrics and lead initiatives to improve patient safety and satisfaction Coordinate staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development Implement evidence-based practices and update clinical policies and procedures Serve as primary escalation point for complex clinical and operational issues Analyze clinical and operational data to drive process improvements and resource allocation Partner with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and program development Required Skills Clinical care management Team leadership Care coordination Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Quality improvement and auditing Policy and procedure development Staff training and mentoring Regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, CMS) Medication management and safety Data analysis and reporting
