RN Evening Supervisor - Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM Belleair Health Care Center , a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Clearwater , is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. Belleair is a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with a strong focus on quality care, teamwork, staff development, and creating a supportive environment for both residents and employees. We are looking for a confident clinical leader who enjoys supporting staff, solving problems, and remaining actively involved in resident care. Position Overview The RN Evening Supervisor works Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and provides leadership and clinical oversight to the nursing department during the evening shift. This position is also part of a shared on-call rotation with the facility's other nurse managers , allowing on-call responsibility to be distributed across the nursing leadership team.

Responsibilities include:

Providing clinical supervision and support to licensed nurses and nursing assistants Overseeing resident care and ensuring physician orders, care plans, policies, and procedures are followed Responding to changes in resident condition and assisting staff with clinical decision-making Overseeing evening admissions and ensuring the facility admission checklist is completed accurately and in full Verifying that required admission documentation, orders, assessments, and follow-up items are completed or appropriately communicated for completion Supporting transfers, discharges, and other evening-shift clinical needs Ensuring effective documentation and communication between nursing shifts Promoting accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service Assisting with direct resident care when necessary Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility standards Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Serving as a visible, approachable, and supportive nursing leader throughout the facility Participating in the nursing management on-call rotation What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a dependable and confident RN with strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and communication skills.
