34637 Assists with regulatory surveys and legal investigations. Conducts walking rounds throughout all areas of the facility. Facilitates patient/family conferences with physicians and hospital staff to assist in conflict resolution. Evaluates charts for appropriateness of care as assigned by the Director of Risk Management. Assists with reviewing, investigating, and following up on voluntary incident reporting events.

Education:

Associate's in Nursing [Required] Bachelor's in Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:
