Learn our Policies and Procedures, software, EMR Axxess Home Care, systems Patient Admission Assessments and Paperwork Plan of Care creation and tracking, MAR creation and upkeep Caregiver Competencies and Orientations Physician Communication EMR Patient record Maintained as required Lead, coach, mentor, and instruct clinical staff Assist with new patient Intake Maintaining Compliance with State and company policies
Requirements:
Active Florida RN License Home Health Experience Active CPR Card Job Type:
