All of our infusion specialists are experienced Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses with a commitment to wellness and health. In addition to our lounges, we travel to our clients to provide care in the comfort of their homes, hotel rooms, or offices. A leader in IV nutrient therapy, NutriDrip is the exclusive IV drip provider to Equinox, Equinox Hotels, Wynn Las Vegas, Fontainebleau Las Vegas and Fontainebleau Miami. NutriDrip is owned and operated by Clean Market, a wellness company designed to deliver products and services that elevate health and overall well-being. Position Summary The Nurse Manager is responsible for executing projects and store openings, maintaining staffing levels and educating team members, and increasing sales across all Miami locations. They will lead and develop Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to ensure alignment with company goals, operational efficiency, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can implement best practices, improve processes, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance. In addition to overseeing medical operations and providing elevated IV drip services to our clients, the Nurse Manager will recruit, hire, and retain top talent for future market growth while maintaining our core values, mission, and vision, ensuring that all team members receive thorough training and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Excellence Ensure all stores are staffed daily to operate efficiently and profitably by implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as 100% daily staffing coverage and 5-star customer reviews, identifying areas for improvement in order to achieve these goals. Work closely with the Head of Store Operations to align store strategies with overall business objectives. Implement and refine processes that enhance productivity and streamline medical operations. Perform monthly chart audits, and ensure adherence to safety and sterility procedures while providing treatments. 2. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and mentor Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring they are equipped to lead high-performing teams and provide exceptional service. Oversee and support Registered Nurses by driving employee engagement and accountability for completing educational modules on time and with passing scores, among other continuing education strategies. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to drive growth and engagement. Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and collaboration across all teams. Collaborate with the Education Manager to instruct on and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 3. Customer Experience & Brand Standards Ensure all nurses meet or exceed customer service expectations, aligning with Clean Market's high standards. Develop strategies to improve service experience, employee engagement, and service quality. Implement feedback mechanisms to measure customer satisfaction and drive improvements. Ensure nursing teams adhere to cleanliness, compliance, and operational excellence standards. 4. Financial & Sales Performance Support the financial performance of stores, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met by driving service utilization, implementing upselling and cross-selling initiatives, and using insights from client interactions to launch new services. Work with the Head of Store Operations to analyze sales trends, optimize product offerings, and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies. Partner with the Inventory Manager to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs without compromising quality. Identify opportunities for increasing service efficiency and reducing operational expenses. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Head of Store Operations to ensure stores are adequately staffed, well-trained, and consistently delivering high quality services that align with Clean Market's standards and operational goals. Collaborate with the Education Manager to ensure teams are trained on new products, services, and operational updates. Coordinate with the Head of Operations to address and resolve escalated customer concerns. Collaborate with the Head of Store Operations to identify new local partnership opportunities and/or marketing ideas based on client interactions and/or feedback.
