Job Description:

$15,000 Sign-on Bonus available for eligible candidates (see terms below) •

12-month Employment Contract Required for

Sign-On Bonus Sign-on Eligibility:

One (1) year applicable experience required. Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible.

Schedule:

Full-time, 36 hours per week

Shift:

Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (with weekend rotation)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to ensure clinical and professional standards are met. Foster professional growth by identifying training needs, organizing educational programs, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and career progression. Resolve conflicts among staff promptly and effectively using mediation techniques to maintain a positive work environment and ensure team cohesion. Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. What You'll Need to

Succeed:

Associate of Science degree in Nursing Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
