Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator Location:

We are a fast-growing manufacturing company with a busy sales office. As our business expands, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in keeping our financial records accurate and our customer and vendor relationships strong.

Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer orders in QuickBooks. Generate and send customer invoices and statements. Record and process customer payments, ensuring accounts are kept up to date. Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders. Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions. Communicate professionally with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries. Assist with month-end closing activities and reports. Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop or online). Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Minimum of 5

• years experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping.
