Job Description

Are you ready to lead and inspire? As Nurse Program Director, you'll drive the success of our nursing program, shaping curriculum, guiding faculty, and supporting students. Your leadership will ensure excellence across instruction, accreditation, and program growth. Strong communication and collaboration are key as you help build a thriving educational community.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's in Nursing 4+ years full-time nursing practice Current, unrestricted State RN License Academic leadership experience, minimum 2 years Familiarity with accreditation processes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Foster a positive learning environment Collaborate with faculty and leadership to enhance curriculum Lead program reviews and faculty performance evaluations Help manage program budgets and planning Cultivate relationships with clinical sites and ensure quality clinical education Lead and participate in faculty and advisory meetings Contribute to nursing committee discussions Strengthen clinical partnerships Coordinate clinical and faculty schedules Keep resources current and relevant Advance your professional development Recruit and support outstanding faculty Analyze staffing and help set long-term goals Step in as faculty backup as needed You'll help create an inclusive, collaborative environment for faculty and staff.
