Facilitate seamless communication between patients, family members, and healthcare professionals. Support the design and implementation of telehealth protocols and procedures. Monitor and maintain standards of practice in telehealth services. Participate in patient and family education on telehealth processes and technology. Assist in training staff on telehealth equipment and innovations.
