We are seeking an experienced RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM) in our skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care. Position Summary The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality nursing care during the evening shift, providing clinical leadership, supporting nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive environment for residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift. Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. Serve as the clinical resource for nursing staff and assist with complex resident care needs. Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly. Complete clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Ensure accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes. Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering teamwork and accountability. Participate in quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives. Qualifications Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing. Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred. Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience is strongly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations. Current CPR certification.
