Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift. Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state and federal regulations. Serve as the clinical resource for nursing staff and assist with complex resident care needs. Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly. Complete clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Ensure accurate and timely documentation. Participate in quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives. Qualifications Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing.
