2991431297-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our home health nursing teams serving pediatric and adult patients in the community. In this role, you will oversee patient assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation to ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant care. You will mentor field nurses, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and participate in case conferences and quality initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to grow as a clinical leader while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives at home. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and support to home health nursing staff serving pediatric and adult patients Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and care coordination to ensure high-quality, patient-first services Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and agency policies Train, mentor, and evaluate field nurses; support ongoing clinical development Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and community partners to optimize patient outcomes Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory readiness Participate in case conferences, quality improvement activities, and risk management initiatives Assist with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs Serve as a clinical resource in the field, providing guidance on complex cases and interventions Promote Aveanna's culture of compassion, integrity, and respect in all patient and team interactions Required Skills Clinical assessment and critical thinking Home health care coordination Care planning and case management Regulatory and compliance knowledge (home health/hospice) Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Leadership and staff supervision Patient and family education Interdisciplinary collaboration Quality improvement and risk management Time management and caseload prioritization
