, a member of Empath Health is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team! Our team is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our high-volume PACE operations. This leadership role is ideal for a clinically strong, operationally savvy RN who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment and can confidently navigate shifting priorities. The Nurse Manager oversees nursing services across the PACE center and home settings, ensuring quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and exceptional participant care. You'll partner closely with the Program Director, Medical Director, and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to drive performance metrics, optimize workflows, and build a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and compassion. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring agility, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a high-pressure, goal-driven clinical setting. PACE experience is a plus; strong outpatient or high-volume clinic leadership experience is essential. What You'll Do Lead daily nursing operations in a high-volume outpatient PACE environment, ensuring efficient and compliant care delivery. Drive clinical performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and implement workflow improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Build, coach, and retain a collaborative nursing team that thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable setting. Partner across departments and actively leverage interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, participant-centered care. Maintain regulatory readiness and documentation excellence in alignment with PACE and CMS standards. Provide hands-on clinical support when needed to maintain service continuity and operational effectiveness. This is a multi-site position and travel between Pinellas Park, Tampa, and Bradenton is required. Travel flexibility between Tampa, Bradenton, and Pinellas Park is required. Why Join Empath Health?

What You'll Need Nursing Degree Required:
BSN Preferred Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida. 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in PACE, clinic, home care, or a comparable community-based setting. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across disciplines. Demonstrated ability to balance regulatory compliance, team development, and hands-on clinical support when needed.
