Excellent Opportunity to join an established hospice organization!! A national hospice company has an opening for a Clinical Manager for an office covering Charlotte county. Must have hospice experience. This hospice company is very patient care centered and they utilize several unique alternative therapies in conjunction with their quality of care. This stable company is a premier provider of end-of-life care and offers a generous salary, great benefits and opportunities for growth. HCHB experience a plus. As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you will report directly to the operational leader and serve as a key member of care center operations and management team. Must be a registered nurse (RN) with current licensure Must have previous experience in a hospice/home care setting and with two years + management or supervisory experience. Must have a proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting; must comply with accepted professional standards and practices; must have excellent observation and communication skills, and good nursing judgment; must understand hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying; must understand principles of pain symptom management; must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order, is properly registered and licensed, and is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements; must comply with and maintain a current CPR certification; must demonstrate excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills
Required:
Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse specific to that state the employee is assigned to work by the company. Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse Current CPR certification. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to perform patient visits. RN, BSN Preferred but not required
